- Pumpkin Banana Bread
This classic banana bread recipe is easy to make and it’s healthy too. Add pumpkin puree to banana bread batter and a pinch of cinnamon, pumpkin spice in the batter and fold in gently. - Pumpkin Pancakes
The aroma of pumpkin spice sets the tone to the perfect fall morning. These pumpkin pancakes are fluffy, light and make a delicious fall breakfast. Start with adding 200 ml of homemade pumpkin puree to gluten-free pancake batter. Add a pinch of pumpkin spice and cinnamon powder to the batter and fold in gently with a splash of almond milk. Add coconut oil in a pan and pour in a ladle of pancake batter. Cook for 5 minutes on both sides. Warm some maple syrup with a halved vanilla bean. Start with shredding 4 medium carrots. Line a muffin pan with cupcake paper and pour in the cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins. Top with candied pecan nuts and serve warm.

A bowl of porridge makes for a comforting breakfast. This is one of the easiest breakfasts you can prepare. Start with boiling 1 cup of rolled oats in almond milk. Add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup for natural sweetness. Add some shredded almonds, vanilla paste, 1 tsp of cinnamon and cook for 10 minutes. In a separate pan, sauté some sliced bananas in coconut oil. Add in a pinch of cinnamon, fennel seeds and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Pour the porridge in a serving bowl. Top it with a dollop of unsweetened peanut butter and caramelized bananas. Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup.
