Size Matters at Copa
The Copa Bar invites guests to come and try out their special Maximum City Cocktail at their Juhu branch from the 25th of February to the 31st of March 2015. The Cocktail is made using a mixture comprising of four white spirits. Three flavoured spirits are also used in the drink laced with fresh orange. Finally, ginger beer goes into the drink to make it stand apart from the crowd. The bartenders at the Copa Bar claim to challenge the drinking capacity of the guests with this unique cocktail. The flavours and colours that go into the drink are inspired by the city of Mumbai.
Smaaash Mumbai Cricket Challenge
This Open Cricket Tournament for the people of Mumbai is presented by Smaaash. The event is scheduled to last for over a month. Teams of 6 players can register and enjoy unlimited cricketing action. Registration fee has been set at INR 2000 per team. The tournament will have two rounds. In round one, the teams will have to line up against the cricket simulator. The top sixty-four teams selected from round one will clash against each other in round two of the tournament. There are two categories, the men’s county and the men’s amateur. There are prizes for the top three teams in each category. The first, second and third placed teams in the Men’s County get INR 5 lacs, 3 lacs and 2 lacs respectively while the men’s amateur teams get INR 1 lac, 50000 and 25000. The prizes will be handed out to the winners by the legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar at a post-tournament award ceremony. The event starts from the 23rd of February till the 5th of April 2015.
Robatayaki Food Festival
Farrokh Khambata is proud to present this unique food festival for the people of Mumbai. The Joss Banquets will be hosting this event from the 28th of February till the 31st of March 2015. The main cooking technique that will be the festival’s highlight is the Robata style grilling. Over the years, this grilling technique has caught up with the cooking trends and people are now loving the churned out using it. The menu will consist of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. This festival will prove to the people of Mumbai that the Japanese Robata grilled food is better than sushi.
